The Fazlani Aishabhai & Haji Abdul Latif Charitable Trust has been consistently working on this project from the year 1998 and its portfolio has increased ever since across Mumbai. The trust has now supported for six Mumbai Public Schools and also provided teachers in different supported schools at its own cost to fill in vacant positions for the continuity of their education.

Apart from providing good quality and motivated teachers, the trust also ensures their personal and professional growth and development through interventions like Teacher Development Training, providing resources, appointment of coordinators to take care of administrative work. The teachers conduct extra classes to ensure the progress in the students’ performance in examination is good. The Trust has initiated additional activities that will encourage students to pursue their higher education and make a career plan for themselves. For this purpose the counseling cell works full fledged in these schools.
