Trust (referred to as either “the Trust”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Fazlani Aishabai & Haji Abdul Latif Charitable Trust, 21st Floor, Nirmal Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400008.

Online Donation: refers to donations made by you on our website using any banking channel.

Website refers to Fazlani Aishabai & Haji Abdul Latif Charitable Trust, accessible from https://www.aishabaitrust.com/

You mean the individual making donations, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is making donations.

Conditions for Return & Refund.

Once a donation has been made for a particular purpose, no refund can be made of the donation; nor can the end purpose be changed.

Please contact us immediately if there are extenuating circumstances and your case may be reviewed at our discretion.

In order to exercise Return and refund, you must inform Us within 7 days with proof of payment by means of a clear statement on our email:  info@aishabaitrust.com

All donations will be eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80 G of the Income Tax Act as per the extant rules.
